New to Spudulica – Black Heavy Weight Garden Membrane cut to size

A specialist addition to our geotextile range.

A high performance heavier weight Black non-woven geotextile.

The back geotextile has added carbon and this makes the fabric more UV resistant, it can survive out in the daylight and would be a good addition to weed suppression and pot protection projects.

The higher GSM (grams per sq. metre) provides a thicker fabric that still has the drainage and filtration properties facilitated by non-woven geotextiles But also a higher tolerance to weight/ loading.  The thickness will also make for a more cushioned base, for example an artificial grass installation. If so if this is a necessary part of your then project take a look. –

  • Stabilization
  • Filtration
  • Drainage
  • UV resistant
  • Higher Puncture resistance
  • Thicker/ Heavier Weight
  • Resistant to oxidation

Another great use for this fabric is as a pond liner protection layer, its thickness will allow you to lay you pond liner without any worry of breakages and holes caused by sharp objects within the soil. It will act as a separation layer between the pond liner and soil once installed it will be a long term protection solution being resistant to acids and alkalis and weathering.

A 350GSM fabric will also be a great choice for stabilisation layer projects; any construction that involves multiple sub base layers. Providing a long term solution to stop layer mixing and increase the longevity of a secure base.

The fabric is 100% virgin polypropylene fibre for long term durability
